THE BIG LOSER! :}

In the 10 years my Aanya has been around, she excells in everything she does from academics, to sports, dancing, basically if there is something out there, she can do it. In the 10 years I have been with her, she has won anything and everything she has entered, from beauty pageants, to races, to contests, she even wins drawings she has ever entered..So I know your thinking, I am going to have Aanya enter me some winnings, well STOP thinking, cuz I have tried that. If you have her enter she wont win for you,(I've tried,) but if she does it on her own, yep, she'll win, It has even have come down to when it's time to enter something at school, we just say, "why don't we sit this one out so someone else will have a chance to win."

So yesterday was there forth grade track meet. This girl is a speed demon I telling ya!! She did the 100 meter, 200 meter, and they started this year, for the fastest kids in the school, a 4 by 100 relay that she got to participate in... It was really fun for everyone, Elaiasi even got to race in the lollipop race, and loved it to death, he was so cute, a 1 year old racing 3 year old kids, when they started he bent over like he had watched Aanya one to many times, and ran with one hand down for balance and the other just pumping front and back, I videoed that, but there were too many people in the way.

Anywho, Aanya whipped everyone, in the 200, when she was finishing, there were others that were still turning. Wow... And they won for there relay also... I didn't post today because I want to brag about my daughter, if you know her, YOU ALREADY KNOW!!! We actually try to hide her pretty much, and try not to get it in her head, so I am a mean mom, and try to put something down about it the situation.

So she headed off in the final race and they all lined up, ready to go, the official put his hand in the air, and BANG!! Off they went, I was watching and thought, Aanya why are you still standing there?, he said GOOOO!!! Finally she caught on, as everyone left her in the dust. Down the stretch of course she caught up with them and ended up taking second. When she came over to us, being the good parents that we are, maka stated " Aanya, you were too slow at the gate," I stated," man, Aanya, were you watching the birds or something, you could have took the whole thing if you were paying attention,"but mom, I was startled by the gun sound, that was the first race they used the gun." mom said " well that's OK, next time learn to run away from the gun,OK "OK mom".

I gave her a hug and said, you still did a great job to catch up to everyone and still take second... the video I only got the last of it cuz I was to frustrated with the whole start issue, I am way to competitive, I think I was the only mother out there screaming for her kid, and my husband too, poor children:}

So Congratulations on your loss,the first time in ten years, how does it feel??? (p.s.) she was way to mad for me to post this, she said "mom, why couldn't you have put one on where I did good, so here is one for Aanya, her spot in the relay, it is also bumpy, I was running to catch a video of it.. Gooooo Aanya, you did great and we love you very much,------ and try harder next time :}

catch ya's later,,,,,lol

Hahahah, um no. I still have quite a bit of those pounds left, and pounds that were there before pregnancy. But I started working a little harder at it this week, and lost about 5 (mostly water I'm sure!). I'm trying to do at least 20 minutes of something every day, and trying to eat better, instead of inhaling food whenever I get the chance at very uneven intervals....the life of a mom!

Aanya! You are awesome! Sometimes it is good to take second or third so you will work harder the next time! I bet Tagen would love to race you! Love Auntie Chelsea

hahaha, that's because he took the picture from the chin up. I wouldn't let him take one of me any lower. Bleh. :)
